Every product makes promises by what it builds. It also makes promises by what it refuses to build. Here is the short list of refusals:
- We will never sell your data. Email, address, browsing history — none of it.
- We will never run a recommendation feed. The home page shows featured work picked by a person, not surfaced by a black box trained on attention.
- We will never lock features behind a subscription. Buy credits when you need them. Upload as many listings as you want for free.
- We will never demand exclusivity from contributors. Your work is yours; sell it on as many platforms as you want.
- We will never use dark-pattern email. No "you've been missed" guilt-trips. No fake urgency. The only emails are receipts, password resets, and replies you started.
If any of these change, we owe you an explanation. That is the contract.
