Refund Policy

1. Digital goods are non-refundable by default

Credits, paid listings, and digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. By starting the purchase you consent to the supply of digital content with immediate effect and acknowledge that this consent withdraws your statutory cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content already delivered.

2. When we will refund

• Duplicate charge — the same credit purchase was billed twice in error.
• Technical failure — payment succeeded but credits were not granted within 24 hours after manual review.
• Fraudulent purchase — purchase made without your authorisation, supported by evidence.
• Listing removed for policy violation before download — if a paid listing is removed for IP infringement or other violation before you have downloaded the file, credits are returned.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@picster.pro from the email address on your account within 30 days of the disputed charge. Include the order ID and a brief explanation. We respond within 5 business days.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank settlement typically takes 5–10 business days. Credits granted by a refunded order are deducted from your balance; if you have already spent them, we may refuse the refund or convert it to a credit adjustment.

5. Contributor earnings

If a buyer's purchase is refunded, the corresponding sale credit on the contributor's account is reversed. Where the contributor has already cashed out the earned credits, the reversal is recorded as a negative balance and offset against future sales.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
