I fed a high-resolution scan of cracked Lisbon tilework into a recursive subdivision algorithm and let the fault lines dictate the iteration depth. The result keeps the ceramic logic — the grid, the slip, the faded cobalt — but the geometry has been allowed to breathe past its original constraints. This is the city as a system, not a postcard.
